Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, but may take longer depending on customs and local postal services.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Suck It Up Man Podcast is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
